| Making A Purchase When you place an order to purchase an item from Boon Boats Ltd, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. We accept returned items for full product refund or exchange if sent back to us within 14 days of your receiving the goods. A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER must be obtained, returns will not be accepted without this number. The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging with manufacturers tags still attached and in a saleable condition.
